LEARNER SUCCESS MANAGER - KENYA African Management Institute (AMI) Join African Management Institute as a Learner Success Manager and become the driving force behind transforming how entrepreneurs and professionals grow through our learning programmes. YOUR IMPACT Learner Experience You'll be the primary point of contact for AMI learners, championing their development journey from day one. Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing learner feedback to track performance against key programme milestones, identifying potential obstacles early, and designing adaptive engagement strategies that keep learners motivated. You'll own the entire online learning academy experience, ensuring it's intuitive and impactful while providing the Product Team with real-time feedback to drive continuous improvement of our core offerings. Programme Completion Staying laser-focused on learner progress, you'll collaborate with our data team to monitor cohort dashboards and assess advancement toward programme goals. You'll identify at-risk learners quickly and implement proactive solutions to get them back on track. Your insights into cohort trends and progress will be regularly communicated to internal stakeholders and the Client Success team, ensuring alignment and accurate reporting. Programme Management You'll own the full logistics of programme delivery, from initial planning through successful completion. This includes mapping detailed project timelines, co-facilitating programme kick-offs, coordinating with facilitators and the Learning Team, orchestrating in-person and virtual learning touchpoints, and quality-assuring data integrity across all dashboards. Data Strategy You'll support strategic projects by collecting impact data and driving response rates for longitudinal and annual assessments. Team Collaboration You'll actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentor team members through their onboarding, and provide guidance to peers as requested by the Learner Success Lead. YOUR PROFILE Essential Experience and Skills You bring a minimum of 5 years working in business consulting, company training, enterprise development, or management education, with proven programme management experience. You've thrived in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments and possess strong facilitation capabilities. Your communication style is clear and proactive—both in writing and conversation—and you manage multiple competing priorities with ease using excellent time management. Your people skills are exceptional, and you combine strong project management expertise with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
