Legal Assistant – On-site – Nairobi, Kenya Are you passionate about supporting clients through challenging legal matters? Solvo Global Careers is hiring a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in personal injury case management. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and the legal process. You'll maintain regular communication with clients, coordinate with hospitals and insurance providers, manage interactions with law enforcement, and handle a dynamic caseload. Your attention to organizational detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be essential as you manage confidential information and ensure urgent matters receive immediate attention. You'll also help coordinate therapeutic services for our clients, supporting them through every step of their journey. What We're Looking For You'll bring at least one year of hands-on legal experience and demonstrate exceptional English language proficiency at an advanced level. Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines are non-negotiable. We need someone with meticulous attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and external contacts alike. Work Arrangement This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
