Tein Technology is seeking an experienced MPGS Deploy Resource to join our Customer Solutions Center and drive the successful deployment of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services for our merchant clients. In this role, you will be the backbone of our merchant onboarding operations, accelerating time-to-market while ensuring robust technical integration and seamless post-launch performance. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, coordinating complex implementations and providing comprehensive support throughout the merchant lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Serve as the lead contact for all MPGS merchant onboarding initiatives, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication across all phases of integration. Coordinate closely with internal Mastercard teams and external client stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives. Manage the full spectrum of technical support requests, from initial intake through resolution tracking and closure. Take ownership of urgent production incidents and complex technical challenges, applying advanced troubleshooting expertise to minimize merchant impact. Facilitate regular strategic review sessions with key clients to assess progress, address concerns, and identify optimization opportunities. Deliver comprehensive technical training and knowledge transfer programs to equip merchant teams with platform expertise. Support clients with MPGS documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative requests. Maintain high service standards across both onboarding and ongoing operational support phases.
What You Bring
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in payment gateways, merchant onboarding programs, or technical project delivery. Deep technical knowledge of payment gateway architectures and the broader digital commerce ecosystem. Proven experience developing and implementing MPGS integrations and working with MPGS APIs. Track record of successfully managing merchant onboarding programs and supporting post-production operations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality. Exceptional communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience building productive working relationships across technical, operations, and business teams.
