Prior AI experience is not necessary. Core Responsibilities Examine business scenarios, evaluate decisions, and assess trade-offs between competing priorities. Perform both quantitative and qualitative research to support business objectives. Compile and analyze requirements while gathering insights from key stakeholders. Work with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, or equivalent platforms to extract meaningful patterns. Produce comprehensive reports, memos, business cases, and documentation of operational processes. Spot inefficiencies within existing workflows and recommend practical solutions for enhancement. Present technical findings and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity. Essential Competencies Business analysis and requirements elicitation. Quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Data analysis proficiency using Excel, SQL, or similar software. Process optimization and operational management. Clear communication with diverse stakeholder groups. Professional report and memo composition. Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information. Skilled analytical and business writing. Qualifications Required Minimum three years of professional experience in business analysis, market research, operations management, or closely related disciplines. Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, research execution, and business-level writing. Proven track record interpreting data, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with stakeholders across organizations.
