OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE AT RHYTHMS OF NATURE About the Role Rhythms of Nature, a US and Kenyan-based safari company renowned for delivering authentic wildlife experiences across East Africa, is seeking a talented Operations Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the orchestrator of seamless guest journeys, coordinating logistics, crafting memorable itineraries, and championing exceptional service from the moment guests arrive in Kenya through their departure. What You'll Do You will serve as the essential link between our guests and operations, welcoming visitors and providing continuous support throughout their safari experience. Your responsibilities include conducting pre-safari hotel briefings, remaining the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, and gracefully managing itinerary adjustments and special requests. Behind the scenes, you will coordinate airport transfers and all pre-safari logistics, arrange Nairobi-based excursions and activities, and work closely with our drivers, guides, and operations team to ensure every detail runs smoothly. Working directly with the Safari Director, you will troubleshoot operational challenges, respond to emergencies, and liaise across all departments to maintain our reputation for excellence. What We're Looking For You bring 2-3 or more years of hands-on experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or safari operations. Your hallmark strengths include exceptional communication, meticulous organization, and creative problem-solving abilities. You are proactive and adaptable, with an eye for detail that never wavers. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift rapidly, and you maintain composure and service excellence even under pressure.
