ABOUT THE ROLE
Solvo Global is looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to manage and optimize our sourcing operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a sourcing team responsible for generating high-quality leads, maintaining strong conversion rates, and building robust candidate pipelines to support high-volume recruiting initiatives. You'll be the driving force behind team performance, providing hands-on coaching to your team members while serving as the critical link between sourcers and Talent Acquisition partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Direct the daily operations of the sourcing team while maintaining strict standards for quality, targets, and timelines. Set and monitor daily and weekly sourcing goals for team members, ensuring alignment with broader hiring priorities and critical talent requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that directly support high-volume role placements. Closely monitor sourcing performance metrics including conversion rates, pipeline health, and submission timelines, using data to drive continuous improvement. Coach your team on advanced Boolean search techniques, innovative sourcing strategies, and effective candidate engagement practices. Act as the primary escalation point for sourcing challenges, working collaboratively to identify and implement solutions. Maintain strict adherence to service level agreements and industry sourcing best practices. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and recruitment outcomes.
YOUR BACKGROUND
You bring at least 3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience to this role. Alternatively, you may have 1 to 2 years of direct experience leading sourcing teams. A strong foundation in recruitment operations is essential. Prior experience in US recruitment is highly desirable. Your communication skills are exceptional, with clear and articulate verbal expression. You possess a neutral accent and communicate professionally across all interactions.
REQUIRED EXPERTISE
You demonstrate advanced proficiency in talent mapping and sophisticated sourcing methodologies. You're well-versed in industry-standard tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management platforms, and major job boards. Boolean search is second nature to you. You're skilled at tracking, interpreting, and leveraging sourcing metrics and key performance indicators to drive decision-making.
