PROGRAM OVERVIEW The SAP Young Professionals Program is a complimentary two-month training initiative delivered by SAP's Digital Skills Center. Specifically designed for recent graduates, this program equips you with the technical certifications and professional soft skills needed to launch your career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon successful completion, SAP actively connects program graduates with partner organizations and SAP customers, opening doors to consulting opportunities as an SAP Consultant. THE SAP CONSULTANT ROLE SAP Consultants operate across two specializations: Functional and Technical. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of S/4 HANA projects—from initial blueprinting and design through implementation, operation, optimization, and system upgrades. You'll provide critical business process expertise, functional guidance, and strategic project direction to ensure clients maximize their investment in SAP solutions and achieve operational excellence. Beyond technical delivery, you'll be accountable for maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction across your accounts and cultivating strong, lasting client relationships. Through investigation, analysis, strategic coaching, and knowledge transfer, you'll develop referenceable customer success stories and drive business growth.
