About This Role
M-KOPA is seeking an experienced Senior Lead for HR Shared Services to join their dynamic team in Kenya. This is a key leadership position focused on driving excellence across human resources operations and delivering strategic people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the delivery of HR shared services functions, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional employee experience. Your leadership will span recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination. You'll develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with Kenyan labor regulations.
Your focus will include optimizing HR service delivery, building and mentoring a talented HR team, and establishing best practices across all shared services operations. You'll collaborate with senior management to address people-related challenges and contribute to organizational growth.
What We're Looking For
You bring substantial experience in HR shared services leadership, ideally with exposure to multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and HR best practices is essential. You demonstrate excellence in team leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement. Your communication skills are exceptional, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Additional Qualifications
You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred. You combine analytical capability with people-focused approach, with proven experience leading diverse, high-performing teams.
