Your leadership will span recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination. You'll develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with Kenyan labor regulations. Your focus will include optimizing HR service delivery, building and mentoring a talented HR team, and establishing best practices across all shared services operations. What We're Looking For You bring substantial experience in HR shared services leadership, ideally with exposure to multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and HR best practices is essential. You demonstrate excellence in team leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement. Additional Qualifications You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred.
