ABOUT THE ROLE As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring flawless execution of assigned projects while maximizing revenue, profitability and cash collection opportunities. You'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, guarantee on-time delivery, maintain strict contract adherence and drive timely cash collection. Your work will directly impact how well we meet customer expectations and fulfill our contractual commitments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You'll serve as the primary contact for clients throughout job preparation, execution and closeout phases, managing relationships to ensure mutual success. Your coordination efforts will span resource scheduling and dispatch, activity monitoring, invoice accuracy and revenue protection. You'll conduct all activities with our health, safety and environmental standards as non-negotiables, ensuring full understanding and capitalization of assigned contracts and quotes. You'll identify risks early and escalate issues promptly when there's potential impact to service delivery. This includes navigating client change management and escalation processes while ensuring Baker Hughes operates within product specifications and established standard operating procedures. Additionally, you'll verify invoicing aligns with contract terms, eliminate revenue leakage and facilitate timely cash collection.
