LOCATION: Nairobi, Kenya EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent (Full-time) ABOUT THE ROLE Solvo Global Careers is looking for an ambitious and performance-oriented Talent Acquisition Supervisor to take the helm of recruitment operations. In this leadership position, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, mentor a team of recruiters, and ensure that the organization attracts and secures top-tier talent that drives business success. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise the Talent Acquisition team while maintaining focus on recruitment targets and key performance indicators. Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives that appeal to high-caliber candidates. Oversee the complete hiring workflow, spanning from initial job requisitions through final offer negotiations. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders to identify and understand organizational talent requirements. Monitor recruitment performance through detailed metrics analysis, including time-to-fill and hire quality indicators, while implementing strategies for ongoing improvement. Create and maintain positive experiences for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Uphold adherence to company policies and applicable Kenyan labor law requirements. Coach, develop, and manage recruiter performance through training and constructive feedback. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or equivalent leadership role in recruitment. Demonstrated success managing and developing recruitment teams. Advanced proficiency in English communication. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities. Proven ability to thrive under pressure in target-focused environments. Full-time availability and commitment. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Background in large-scale or multi-regional recruitment operations. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology. Strong data analysis competencies with hands-on experience managing recruitment analytics.
