An additional 50 staff members based in Nairobi support critical global functions including procurement, recruitment, government relations, and cross-border operations. THE ROLE This is a fixed-term position offering the opportunity to lead biochar production initiatives that align with One Acre Fund's commitment to sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship. You will oversee production coordination, quality assurance, and distribution processes while working alongside passionate teams dedicated to farmer empowerment.
