About Tupande (Kenya Program)
Tupande, One Acre Fund's Kenya operation established in 2006, has grown into a significant force in the country's agricultural sector. The program operates from its main hub in Kakamega, where approximately 500 staff coordinate support for 1,747 field-based team members serving over 1 million farmers. In Nairobi, around 50 additional staff manage global functions including procurement, recruitment, government relations, and other strategic operations.
The Role
One Acre Fund is seeking an experienced Tupande MEL Data Senior Supervisor to join its team. This position oversees monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) data operations, ensuring data integrity, quality reporting, and meaningful insights that guide program decisions and farmer impact.
