ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY You will play a critical role supporting the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) operations by supervising Data Coordinators and managing back-check processes. This position requires hands-on involvement with data collection tools, inventory systems, and field support to ensure data quality and system efficiency across all MEL initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory and Asset Management You will oversee day-to-day management of inventory systems including updates to asset trackers and related documentation. Under senior staff supervision, you will procure low-value items and maintain organized asset records. Enumerator and Data Collector Management You will recruit, onboard, and train back-checkers following established HR procedures. Your responsibilities include managing the complete back-checker hiring process, overseeing back-check activities, and providing constructive feedback to ensure quality performance. CommCare Platform Management You will install CommCare on tablets for various MEL streams and surveys. You will assist Data Coordinators during enumerator training sessions and take ownership of coding back checks and data validation for at least one MEL stream. Knowledge Management You will maintain and update the Knowledge Management Guide and Map while managing the shared Knowledge Management folder to ensure all resources remain current and accessible. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring intermediate proficiency in CommCare with strong technical aptitude. You are competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel. You can produce well-structured written notes and generate comprehensive summary reports. You have the ability to develop simple trackers and dashboards. Data collection experience is valued. Above all, you are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
