In Kenya, Tupande operates with approximately 500 staff based at our Kakamega headquarters, supported by 1,747 field staff serving more than 1 million farmers. An additional 50 team members in our Nairobi office oversee critical global functions including procurement, recruitment, and government relations. The Role As Product Quality Supervisor for Tupande, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our agricultural products and services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that every farmer we serve receives supplies and support that meet our rigorous quality benchmarks, directly contributing to farmer success and organizational credibility.
