About the Role You will be the backbone of the Operations Centre, managing data systems and monitoring protocols that keep our client's risk management operations running smoothly around the clock. Your day-to-day work involves vigilantly watching operational and tracking systems, catching potential risks before they escalate, and ensuring every piece of information flows accurately to clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring electronic platforms for incidents and anomalies, preparing timely alerts when issues arise, collating and analyzing operational data for daily reports, and maintaining meticulous records in Excel and database systems. You will handle incoming client calls with professionalism, relay critical operational updates to relevant authorities, and support the seamless information flow that keeps the Operations Centre functioning 24/7. Throughout all duties, you will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information. What We're Looking For You hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer studies or a closely related field. You demonstrate strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to work efficiently within established data management procedures. Your written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili are excellent; proficiency in Somali, French, or Arabic is a valuable bonus. You possess sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to assess information accurately under pressure. You are someone who handles confidential information with unwavering discretion and professional integrity.
